Yes, Cotswold Gleam Team provide cleaning chemicals, cloths, high dusters, mops and buckets required to clean your premises, along with all the relevant health and safety documents. We do however ask for access to a PAT tested Hoover - this is to stop cross contamination between premises.

For daily/bi-daily cleaning we can arrange to clean your premises any time of day, including out-of-hours, such as evenings and weekends. Or for weekly/bi-weekly cleaning we can arrange to clean your premises between the hours of 8am-5pm.

Cotswold Gleam Team will take payment monthly via Direct Debit or BAC's.

Yes you can be provided with a copy of our company insurance upon request. All our cleaners at Cotswold Gleam Team are fully trained, vetted and insured to clean your premises.

While we understand that situations can change at the last minute, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, postponements, and rearrangements.

There are no fixed hourly rates for our commercial cleaning services – each quote we provide is tailored to your exact needs, so your total cost each month will depend on your requirements.

All our staff are highly trained, using a combination of BICs training, regular monitoring, and the use of online checklists(we can share these with you!). This way, we ensure your premises will be cleaned to the highest standard possible every time.
